1. What are cookies?

nop.customer: contains a unique identifier that is used to maintain guest session across different webstore page loads.

__requestverificationtoken: microsoft asp.net anti-forgery cookie. it guarantees that the poster is the one who gets the form (prevents csrf attack).
iea.webstore.auth, iea.sso.auth: forms authentication cookie. it is a container for form forms authentication ticket. the ticket is passed as value of the forms authentication cookie with each request and is used by forms authentication, on the server, to identify an authenticated user.

4. Third Party Cookies set by the IEA website
